4 T low-fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 T Adobo sauce (from Chipotle with Adobo sauce)
8 slices of deli turkey breast
4 slices of swiss cheese
4 romaine or other lettuce leaves

Marinated Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar, cider, balsamic or red wine
- 3 teaspoon(s) herbs, dried, thyme, oregano, rosemary or bay leaf
- 2 tablespoon(s) mustard, whole grain or dijon
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil, extra virgin
- salt and pepper
- 4 6 oz. chicken breasts
DirectionsPut the vinegar, herbs, mustard, powders if using and oil in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Close the bag and shake to combine all the ingredients. Open the bag, drop in the chicken breast in the bag. Close and shake the bag to coat evenly. Freeze for up to 2 weeks.Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, under cold, running water, or in the microwave at 30 percent power for 1 minute at a time.Heat a grill or grill pan. When the grill is hot, place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. You can also bake the thawed chicken in a 375 degree F oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Green Bean Almandine
- 1 pound(s) green beans
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup(s) almonds, sliced, toasted if desired
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) white pepper
Preparation:Trim beans and rinse. In heavy saucepan, place green beans in cold water to cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes until crisp tender. Drain well and set beans aside. Melt butter and olive oil in saucepan and add garlic and almonds. Cook, stirring constantly, until almonds begin to brown. Add beans along with lemon juice, salt, and pepper and toss gently to coat.NOTE: You can also use frozen green beans; cook them according to package directions, then drain. Melt butter, add garlic and almonds, and continue with the recipe.
